Dr. Eric Hoek is a Professor of Engineering at UCLA. He has over 20 years experience in water technology and a successful track record of entrepreneurship having invented NanoH2O and Polycera membrane technologies. He is the Faculty Director for the Sustainable LA Grand Challenge and Founder of Pacifica Water Solutions. He is the founder and a former Director of several water technology companies including IntelliFlux Controls and Water Planet, where he also acted as CEO.
